When it comes to keeping your equipment powered up, the Prolimehost 100% service level agreement (SLA) is reliability in its finest form.  Common power voltages, including DC, are available.  All of Prolimehost's data centres operate our own plants to provide our customers with truly redundant A/B.  Our automatic backup systems consist of multiple levels of failsafe automatic transfer switches, UPS, diesel generators, and PDUs, providing uninterrupted constant power to your servers.  We maintain multiple high-usage customers, some with more than 8000 watts per cabinet.  Prolimehost designed our data centres with a special emphasis on providing optimally-designed power delivery with guaranteed uptime.  We offer a 100% SLA to customers utilizing diverse plant feeds. 

Climate control is a major priority at Prolimehost.  Your data and equipment is protected at a constant 70 degrees, with ideal humidity and airflow delivered.  The cabinet layout was designed with perfect climate control in mind.  Intake and exhaust aisles help to optimize and stabilize the ideal environment.  Cooling is provided by 30 Liebert units, each with its own roof-mounted condenser.  This is better and more reliable than the typical data centre with one or two chilled-water plants providing cooling to each unit.   True redundant HVAC, with round-the-clock monitoring, meticulously maintained.  This is a major advantage compared to most in-house setups.
